Biomass Reactor – Tartaric Acid

Tartaric Acid is naturally found in plants like bananas, tamarinds and grapes. This is one of the main ingredient found in wine.

This is very useful in vineyards, in the cultivation of the same the cold temperature facilitates in combination of the tartrates with potassium, led to formation of potassium bitartrate. This process gives a good look to wine and reduces the acidity.

The significant amount of energy can be saved with the help of biomass reactor, it supports in processing tonnes of grape waste. The biomass reactor has also helped in generating electricity, saving the power bill. The reactor functions in generating steam energy by burning the marc.

On further processing of grape sludge, converts to tartaric acid and grape spirit which  is a good preservant of the food.
